The Child & the Emperor- Turnover

He who Rose to Oppose -Ghulam-

Where were we previously?

Let me recall for a while. It started off with me babbling, then it jumped to the story of the prophet and settled down to the introduction of the main characters right?

Right?

Err, okay. Kind of weird asking you guys this. You can check it out in the previous hyperlinks up there.

So let me continue with the tale but I’m going to narrate it from the child aka Ghulam’s perspective. Because I think we can relate to him better than the emperor or sorcerer or the mysterious old man who’s going to debut later.

So the Ghulam, who was he really?

You’ve known before that he was a child, he’s attending an exam made by the empire for very devious reasons AND became the highest scorer in that exam. So, is there more to Ghulam than this?

The Child & the Emperor- The Original Plan

Okay, where were we?

Owh yes, I made promise before didn’t I? About telling you guys the tale of the child and emperor right?

If you’ve forgotten don’t worry la, you can read it here.

So, why am I narrating this story?

Probably because I have nothing better to do, that’s why. Hoho, now there’s an evil impression to make yes?

Maybe because I know that’s why I want to share, still it’s a weak reason. Some people know but they don’t even have the slightest whim of letting others enjoy the information they have.

How about because I can, just because I know this something called internet and they have this something called blogs and I like to type. Naaah, I don’t think so. I’m better off surfing the web than making this post, which I know less than 1 percent of internet users would even care to read.

’Just tell us will ya? The suspense is killing me!’

Hoho, meremang bulu roma!

Kini lah masa kita

Masa untuk kita bersinar

Aku dan kau jadi superstar!

"Isy, serius memekak je lagu. Tak de mende laen ke nak tiru?"

"Dah la semua orang Melayu, Islam pulak tu, haisy!"

Kejap, izinkan saya check dengan skala Deen saya;

Muqaddimah- The Child & the Emperor

Cuba teka anda di mana?

Most of the time, well, all the time we are clouded by our daily tasks from realizing the most important matters in our lives.

Take the average civil worker for example. He begins his day early in the morning preparing breakfast and coffee to avoid the congested traffic and if we’re lucky enough, he’ll make sure that his fajr prayer is not missed.

Then he punches in his working card like everyone else residing in neatly arranged cubicles in the office, not minding anyone else’s work and problems and seeks to finish up the piling papers on top of his desk. If we’re lucky enough, he knows that his work is amanah and won’t waste time being online using his employer’s computer and expensive online network to tap into social hubs and playing ridiculous games. If we’re lucky enough that is.
